Forklift

Your forklift or telehandler is in safe hands with NVG Heavy Equipment Services. We service all makes and sizes. Our expertise lets us work on petrol, diesel LPG and battery-powered machines ranging from 0,5 to 45 T.

We have an extensive maintenance checklist so that every aspect of your machine is covered. As an example apart an oil change and other maintenance requirements, we also check the vital parts such as lift chains and tynes.

Lift chains stretch over time and are then susceptible to breaking as well as when tynes get thinner from scraping over the surface.

To prevent these accidents from happening, we keep vital components within the manufacturers’ specification and replace when necessary.

Trailers are a vital link in a lot of businesses but or often overlooked when it comes to maintenance. Here at NVG Heavy Equipment Services, we think that that should become an exception instead of a ‘rule’.

Our onsite trailer service does not need to take long, but will be worth it. Brakes, lights and general state will be checked as well as everything than needs to be greased. If you have a more modern trailer, we are also able to diagnose ESC, ABS and other systems fitted to your trailer depending on the axle brand.

Trailer

King pin or drawbar eye is checked for wear and are replaced when necessary to keep your trailer safe on the road. We can perform weld repairs onsite.

Tankers, side loaders, general haulage, dog, low bed, skel and livestock trailers are all part of an important chain in our industry and benefit from our specialist attention that adds to enabling a safe workplace for drivers.

At NVG Heavy Equipment Services, we service and repair all European trucks and yard tractors. This can range from a small service to a full overhaul of engine, gearbox or drive line.

We work close together with aftermarket parts suppliers who are the best in their field to ensure you will get the best and most cost effective service for your vehicle.

To assure yours and others their safety, we have the right tools to test your trailer coupling whether this is a turntable or a tow pin. We can check if it is still within manufacturer’s specification. In case it is out of its specification, we can adjust or replace the worn part(s).

We also perform vehicle diagnostics in the workshop or onsite, whatever suits to minimise your downtime.

Van

We service and repair all European vans and 4wd. This service is very compatible with what we already do as many businesses have a mixed fleet. We have created great contacts with suppliers for new and 2nd hand parts.

These can be mechanical or bodywork. Services and repairs can be done onsite or workshop. We also carry the latest vehicle diagnostics to be able to give you a comprehensive service.

NVG Heavy Equipment Services has built an extensive parts network in Australia and Europe.

We like to source as much possible local but for specialty parts new or second hand we rely on our contacts oversees. This helps us finding the right part in a minimum of time.

In Australia we work close together with leaders in their field of expertise and we have been able to find these companies in Europe too. This ranges from breaker yards all over Europe to even being able to source parts direct from the Volvo factory in Sweden.

Onsite Diagnostics

We offer an onsite diagnostic vehicle scan for all European trucks, vans and most earth moving equipment.

Fault finding has become more and more an electronic affair, all vehicle management systems that have been installed in our modern fleet of vehicles on and off the road today.

With our scan tool we can do a full system download or narrow it down to a specific system in the vehicle where the error or fault has occurred. Each error code can be looked at separately and will be split up in between an actual fault code or a miss communication that has had no effect on the performance of your vehicle.

All of this can be done onsite including the repair(s) needed to fix the diagnosed problem.
